The Ryan Tapp Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to provide two recreational scholarships per year to children who have a desire to play soccer, but whose families are unable to financially afford the associated fees. By establishing this fund, Ryan’s family hopes to provide children the opportunity to develop the same passion for soccer that Ryan possessed.
